* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ruby Medaugh
Ruby Pauline Medaugh, 71, of Venedocia, died June 18, 2009.
She was born July 22, 1937, to Paul and Violet (Reynolds) Ashton of Venedocia. Her mother survives. On Nov. 21, 1953, she married John G. Medaugh, who survives.
Other survivors are her children, Jonathan (Teresa) Medaugh, Corning, Paul (Laura) Medaugh, Dresden, Rebekah (Chris) Carlisle, Westerville, and David (Beth) Medaugh, Bremen; a brother Charles (Vickie) Ashton of Middleburg, Fla. Deceased is a grandson.
She supported her husband throughout his seven years of college and seminary and their 40 plus years in the ministry in the West Ohio United Methodist Conference She was active in the Bowersock Brothers Veterans of Foreign Wars, Spencerville, and the Trinity United Methodist Church, Delphos, and the United Methodist Spouses.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:30 p.m.on Saturday at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina. A memorial service will begin at 5 p.m. in the church sanctuary, the Rev. Kimberly Miller officiating.
There will be no visitation.
Contributions can be made to The Gerad Foundation for Cancer Treatment, Lima, St. Rita's Hospice, Lima, Veterans of Foreign Wars Spencerville Ladies Auxiliary Cancer Fund or the church.
