Mike Sudman, superintendent at the Celina Water Treatment Plant, performs tests Wednesday on water from Grand Lake to determine the levels of microcystin, a toxin produced by the lake's blue-green algae. Celina officials now test the water from Grand Lake to determine algae toxin levels.
