* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dennis Cramer
Dennis Wayne Cramer, 65, of Beech Tree Hill Apartments, St. Marys, died at 4:18 p.m. July 17, 2009, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born May 28, 1944, in St. Marys to Oscar and Helen Taylor Cramer.
Surviving are three sisters, Betty Muter, St. Marys, Patricia (Hugh) Thomas, St. Anthony, and Joyce Cramer, Mendon; three brothers, Thomas Cramer, Elkhart, Ind., Jack Cramer, Wapakoneta, and Carl (Barbara) Cramer, Wapakoneta.
Deceased are four brothers, Frank, Robert, Donald and Oscar Cramer Jr.; and a sister, Norma Jean Cramer.
He had worked with an Illinois-based carnival.
Services are at noon Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. A private family burial is at Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
Calling is after 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
