Celina Police continue to investigate an armed robbery early today at the Celina Party Mart, 317 S. Main St.
Two men reportedly displaying handguns entered the business shortly before 1:45 a.m. and approached one of two clerks on duty at the time.
Attorneys for the St. Marys Police Department have denied allegations made in a $10 million lawsuit by a Rockford father and daughter who claim an officer trespassed on their property without just cause.
The 2009 Celina Lake Festival was a resounding success, festival co-chairman Michelle Emerine reported this morning.
"Overall, everything went well. Everyone I talked to seemed pleased with the turnout, from the vendors to the event chairmen," Emerine said.
