* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill will occur late tonight into Sunday morning.

Marvin Oen
Marvin T. Oen, 97, of 213 N. Spruce St., St. Marys, died at 12:34 a.m. July 30, 2009, at the Golden Living Center-Valley Nursing Home, St. Marys.
He was born Sept. 11, 1911, near Hume to Frank and Wilhelmina Fisher Oen. On Nov. 30, 1933, he married Anna L. Hoorman, who died Sept. 2, 1999.
Surviving are 10 children, Joseph (Ruth) Oen, St. Marys, Helen Wilges, St. Marys, the Rev. Edward Oen, Baileyville, Kan., William (Mary) Oen, St. Marys, Urban (Sylvia) Oen, West Chicago, Ill., Theresa (Mike) Kleintank, Cincinnati, Bernadette Schoenlein, St. Marys, Mary Dull, St. Marys, Monica (Leo) O'Dowd, St. Marys, and Patricia (Allen) Elsass, Wapakoneta; four sisters, Sr. Dolorosa Oen, C.P.P.S., Dayton, Mary Oen, Wapakoneta, Dorothy Greve, Botkins, and Kathryn Dorsten, St. Marys; two sisters-in-law, Olinda Oen, Wapakoneta, and Ruth Oen, Botkins; 30 grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Paul Oen; four brothers, Leonard, Richard, Wilbur and Leo Oen; two sisters, Alodia Brown and Sr. Ruth Oen, C.P.P.S.; four sons-in-law, William Wilges, Fuad Esmahan, Leon Schoenlein and Clyde Dull; a grandson, a great-granddaughter, a step-grandson and a step-granddaughter.
He was a farmer and worked at Kogge Electric and the former Cotton Mill, both in St. Marys, the former Mersman Brothers Manufacturing, Celina, and Superior Tube, Wapakoneta, where he was a boiler operator. He was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus and The Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge, all in St.Marys.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, with his son, the Rev. Edward J. Oen, officiating. Burial is at the St. Thomas Cemetery, Glynnwood.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and after 9:15 a.m. Monday at the Miller Funeral Home, St.Marys.
