* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gordy Price
Gordy William Price, 60, 117 Magnolia St., Celina, formerly of Sidney, died at his residence Aug. 23, 2009. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born June 13, 1949, in Sidney to Donald Jack and Roselyn Ross Price, who are deceased.
Surviving are two children, Gordy (Jamie) Price II, Chicago, Ill., and Shea Jutras, Columbus; two brothers, Ross Price, Daytona Beach, Fla., and Don Price, Sidney; and a sister, Mary Price, Sidney.
He had worked at WMVR radio, Sidney, and Channel 13. He also had worked at Dayton WING and for ABC News in Chicago. He also worked at T102 in Lima, WTOO radio in Bellefontaine and WIMT FM radio, Lima. He was a 1967 graduate of Sidney High School and a 1971 graduate of Urbana College, where he was a psychology major.
Funeral Mass was today at Holy Angels Catholic Church, Sidney, the Rev. Dan Schmitmeyer officiated. Burial was at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney, and calling was Thursday.
Contributions can be made to Lehman High School music program, Sidney.
Arrangements were handled by Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home, Sidney.
