* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Herman Osterhold
Herman H. Osterholt, 81, of Lake Township in Allen County, Ind. died at 7:30 a.m. on Aug. 27, 2009, at the family residence at Lake Everett.
He was born Dec. 4, 1927, in Fort Recovery to Ben J. and Johanna Wenning Osterholt. On May 7, 1960, he married Jeanette Homan, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Mark G. Osterholt, Blue Ridge Mountains, Va.; three daughters, Catherine Osterholt and Susan (Wendell) Fromm, both of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Marie (Shawn) Perrella, Huntertown; a brother, Leo (Dee Dee) Osterholt, Coldwater, Mich.; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Henry J Osterholt; four brothers, Aloysius, Walter, Anthony and Edward Osterholt; two sisters, Rose Lothamer and Catherine Fortman.
He had worked for 20 years with Essex Wire, Fort Wayne, before retiring as a machinist with Pease Wind-A-Matic, Huntertown, Ind. He was a member of St. John Bosco Catholic Church, Churubusco, Ind. He graduated from Coldwater High School.
Funeral Mass is 2 p.m. Monday at the church, the Revs. Diniel Leeuw and Danney Pinto celebrating.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Churubusco. The Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. at the mortuary.
Burial is at Ege Catholic Cemetery, Noble County, Ind.
Memorials can be made to Masses or Goshen Center for Cancer Care.
