* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill will occur late tonight into Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

The new banking center for First Financial in St. Marys is nearing completion beside Lock 13 of the Miami & Erie Canal, which is also being refurbished. This location was formerly occupied by the Glass Block building, which was lost to fire a few years ago.
