* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jason McDowell
Jason Lamont McDowell, 34, 405 Bellefontaine St., Wapakonta, died the morning of Sept. 12, 2009 at his residence. Death was due to suicide.
He was born July 21, 1975 in Coldwater to the late Robert W. McDowell and Donna Steele McDowell Williams, who survives in Celina as does his stepfather, David Williams.
Surviving are two sons: Nathan and Landon McDowell, both of Wapakoneta; three daughters: Courtney and Cora McDowell, both of Maysville, Ga. and Samatha Maynard of Wapakoneta; three brothers: Robert (Amy) McDowell, Middletown; Jesse (Savannah) Williams and David (Amy) Williams, all of Celina; his fiance, Rachel Haag, Wapakoneta; and grandparents: Julie Rehmert, Celina, Joyce and Vernon Steele, Wapakoneta.
Deceased is his grandfather, William McDowell and stepgrandfather, Carl Rehmert.
He attended Celina High School and later received his G.E.D. He was self employed in construction.
Service is 1 p.m. Wednesday at New Life Community Fellowship, Celina, the Rev. Johnny Mobley officiating. Private burial services will be held at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
