* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eugene Reichard
Eugene V. Reichard, 81, 322 Sprague St., Willshire, died at 10:35 a.m. Sept. 17, 2009, at Adams Memorial Hospital Emergency Room, Decatur, Ind.
He was born April 13, 1928, in Van Wert County to John Eugene and Anna Grauberger Reichard. On May 30, 1948, he married Betty Weinman, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Terry (Rebecca) Reichard, Van Wert, Thomas (Debra) Reichard, Fort Wayne, Ind., and Steve Reichard, Dublin; a daughter, Kathy (Gary) Pontsler, Willshire; two stepbrothers, Jim (Marlene) Habegger, Decatur, and Eldon (Carolyn) Habegger, Convoy; a half brother, Daniel Reichard, Rolla, Mo.; nine grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
Deceased is an infant brother, Harold Reichard.
He was an insurance agent for Motorist Mutual Insurance Co., and a printer for the Van Wert Times Bulletin, Rockford Press and the Willshire Herald. A 1946 graduate of the former Willshire High School, he was a member of Willshire United Methodist Church.
Services are 2 p.m. Sunday at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, the Revs. Roger Ashley and Mark Rutledge officiating. Burial is at Willshire Cemetery.
Calling is 1-5 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
