Students investigate a farm field on Coldwater Creek Road during the 7th annual Mercer County Soils Judging Contest. Nearly 170 students from Coldwater, Fort Recovery, Parkway and Minster schools participated in the contest. Students judged soils for urban and rural uses and took a written exam as part of the competition.
