* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Catherine Calloway
Catherine E. Ferguson Lung Calloway, 94, of Fort Wayne, Ind., and formerly Mercer County, died at 6:45 p.m. Sept. 21, 2009, at Woodview Health Care Center, Fort Wayne.
She was born April 26, 1915, in Mercer County to John and Rilla Rutledge McCristy. Her husbands, Charles Thomas Ferguson, Roscoe Lung and Ray Dorris Calloway, all preceded her in death.
Surviving are a daughter-in-law, Chris Herring, Fort Wayne; five nieces and nephews, living in Rockford and Ft. Wayne; and a number of great-nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a son, Lowell Eugene Ferguson; two brothers, Clarence and Dale McCristy; two sisters, Cecile Bauer and Gladys Croghan; and two grandchildren.
She was a certified home health aide for many years. She was associated with the Friends Church in Ohio and the Salvation Army in Fort Wayne and had been a children's evangelist in Fort Wayne.
Services are 3 p.m. Thursday at W.H.Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, Joseph Romary, officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 2-3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
