* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations one to two tenths of an inch.
* WHERE...Auglaize, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to midnight EST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.

A Celina city crew works on removing top soil for the new park entrance near Pullman Bay Restaurant on Wednesday morning. The road that goes over the railroad tracks will be vacated (seen in the background on the left).
