* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 630 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

Patricia Buschur
Patricia I. Buschur, 58, of Celina, died Sept. 26, 2009, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. Death was due to cancer.
She was born Sept. 18, 1951, in Coldwater, to Arthur Buschur and Dorothy Alig Hein, Montezuma. Her mother survives.
Other survivors are brothers and sisters, Thomas (Carol) Buschur, New Bremen, Anthony (Glenda) Buschur, Madison, Wisc., Elly (Ron) Boeckman, Fort Recovery, Jane (Jim) Sederstrom, Glendale, Ariz., Ann (Glen) Thobe of Celina, Keith (Connie) Buschur, Celina, Arthur (Dorothy) Buschur, Pennville, Ind., Lois Hein, Montezuma, and Linda (Scott) Tangeman, Chickasaw; step sisters, Mary Ann (Tom) Hoying, Botkins, and Patricia (Mike) Wappelhorst, Celina.
Deceased are a stepfather Gregor Hein; and a brother, Mark Buschur.
She attended Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Montezuma. She was a member of Celina Moose Lodge, Coldwater Eagles Auxiliary and Southshore Sportsman's Club. She graduated from Celina High School, Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing and the University of Wisconsin with an RN and BSN. She was employed by St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, as an ER coordinator.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. James Dugal officiating.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
