* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Additional light ice accumulations of a few hundredths of an inch are possible.
* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.

Jim Hoorman, Mercer County OSU Extension educator, holds up some dirt and explains how soil can be changed by planting winter cover crops. About 25 participants viewed some cover crop plots near Fort Recovery last week and got to ask questions about them to dertermine if they want to add the crops to their farm operations.
