* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Southerly winds will increase today ahead of an approaching cold front. Sustained winds of 15 to 25 mph can be expected with gusts of 35 to 45 mph at times this afternoon. Be sure to secure outdoor objects.

Timothy Rutledge
Timothy Allen Rutledge, 61, of Stryker, died Oct. 1, 2009 at Fulton County Health Center, Wauseon. Death was due to cancer.
He was born April 4, 1948, in Van Wert to John and Helen Book Rutledge. His mother survives in Rockford. On July 24, 1976, he married Linda Beougher, who survives.
Other survivors are his children, Tami (Lynn) Miller and Jeff (Stacy) Rutledge; a brother, Mark (Kathy) Rutledge, Rockford; a sister, Sherrill (Richard) Gibbs, Babson Park, Fla.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Connie (Jerry) Sell and Gary Beougher, all of Rockford; and Sandi (Mike) Johnson, Greenville; a mother-in-law, Romola Beougher, Rockford; and three grandchildren.
Deceased is a father-in-law, Charles Beougher.
He worked for over 37 years at Sauder Manufacturing in Archbold where he was Maintenance Supervisor. He was a member of St. John's Christian Church, Archbold where he served as Deacon, Elder and Worship Leader.
Services are 2:30 p.m. Sunday at St. John's Christian Church, the Rev. Erich Christman officiating. Burial is 2:30 p.m. Monday at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Saturday at Short Funeral Home, Archbold.
