* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Snow showers associated with an arctic front are moving through this morning, providing a quick accumulation of snowfall. With wind gusts between 30 and 40 mph, the snow showers combined with blowing snow are reducing visibility and creating challenging travel conditions. These conditions are most impactful on roads that are more rural and are aligned from north to south. Even after the snow ends, elevated winds will continue to blow snow into the early afternoon.
Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Fred Coldiron
Fred L. Coldiron, 58, 100 W. Spring St., St. Marys, died at 8:08 p.m. Oct. 9, 2009, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born July 28, 1951, in Welch, W.Va., to John and Mary Rocchi Coldiron.
Surviving are his siblings, Linda (Terry) Zacharias and Ernest (Tonya) Coldiron, all of St. Marys, Jackie (Louise) Coldiron, Celina, Harley (Kathy) Coldiron, Dunnellon, Fla., Don (Joyce) Coldiron, Rushylvania, Carl Coldiron, London; four stepchildren, Shonn (Jennifer) Kennedy, New Knoxville, Robert (Heather Dorsten) Kennedy, Celina, Scott Kennedy, Fort Worth, Texas, Ronald Kennedy, Wichita Falls, Texas; a former wife, Dianne Kennedy, St. Marys; and six grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, John and James Coldiron; a stepson, Steven Kennedy; and a grandson.
He was self-employed in the recycling industry. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Services are 10 a.m. Friday at the Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bob Warren officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
