* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

LeRoy Hoaglin
LeRoy E. Hoaglin, 76, of Van Wert, died at 7:55 a.m. Oct. 20, 2009, at Adams County Memorial Hospital, Decatur, Ind.
He was born Dec. 15, 1932, in Van Wert County to David Emery and Zelpha Agnes Wolfcale Hoaglin. On April 11, 1958, he married Janet L. Fickert, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, David L. (Evelyn) Hoaglin, Convoy and Rodney E. (Karen) Hoaglin, Van Wert; a daughter, Vickie (Steve) Thatcher, Decatur; six grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
Deceased is a sister, Beverly Fair.
He retired from Courtesy Motors in Decatur in 2001 where he had worked as a mechanic. He was a member of Ohio State Antique Tractor Pullers Association, Flat Rock Gas Engine, Steam and Tractor Club, Old Fashioned Farmers Association, Buckeye Farm Antiques, Inc. and Wheels of Yesteryear Antique Club, Bluffton, Ind. He graduated in 1951 from Convoy-Union High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Cowan and Son Funeral Home, Van Wert, the Rev. Dr. Timothy Burden officiating. Burial is at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Convoy.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. and one hour prior to service Friday at the funeral home.
