* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Edward Jones
Edward O. Jones, 76, of Van Wert, died at 7 a.m. Oct. 28, 2009, at Van Wert County Hospital.
He was born Oct. 14, 1933, in Jonestown to Hugh F. and Emma Naomi Price Jones. On Dec. 5, 1953, he married Lois Fisher, who survives.
Other survivors include a son, Michael E. Jones, Gilbert, Ariz.; a brother, Hugh W. (Darlene) Jones, Jonestown; and a granddaughter.
Deceased is a brother, Gordon Jones.
He retired from Federal Mogul Corp., Van Wert, after 40 years of service. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, American Legion and the Elks, all of Van Wert; the 3 Rivers Harley Owners Group, Fort Wayne, Ind.; Shanes Masonic Lodge, Rockford; and the All-American Indian Motorcycle Club. A U.S. Army veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division, he also was a member of the Airborne's association.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Paul Miller officiating. Burial information was not released.
Calling is 1-5:30 p.m. Sunday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. Military services will be conducted by combined units of the Van Wert American Legion and VFW posts at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
