* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Debra Brown
Debra K. Brown, 55, 118 S. Wentz St., Wapakoneta, died at 10:20 a.m. Oct. 30, 2009, at her daughter's residence in St. Marys. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born Oct. 17, 1954, in Celina to B.J. and Barbara Byrley Bailey.
On March 15, 1983, she married Richard A. Brown, who survives.
Other survivors are a two sons, Brock (Theresa "Mona") Bailey, Coldwater, and Rick (Tamera) Brown, New Bremen; two daughters, Brandy Bailey and Gerri (Hector) Lopez, all of St. Marys; three sisters, Brenda (Steve) Freymuth, Wapakoneta, Sheila (Gary) Clark, Celina, and Robin Grandstaff, Coldwater; a brother, Derwin (Billie Jo) Bailey, Wapakoneta; and 14 grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, Linda Miller and Betty Jo Comer; a brother, Darrell Dean Bailey; and six infant grandchildren.
She was a homemaker and worked for many years at Miller's Textile Services, Wapakoneta. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary, Wapakoneta, and was a 1973 graduate of Wapakoneta High School.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, at Miller Funeral Home and Cremation Service, St. Marys. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
