* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ralph Voskuhl
Ralph C. Voskuhl, 68, of Minster died Nov. 13, 2009, at his home.
He was born May 2, 1941, in St. Rose to Cletus and Clara Hartings Voskuhl. On July 9, 1966, he married Dianne Frericks, who survives.
Other survivors are a brother and sisters, Maurice "Moe" (Joan) Voskuhl, Coldwater, Mary (Melvin) Evers, St. Wendelin, Josephine "Jo" (Charles) Bornhorst, St. Henry, and Magdalen "Maggie" (Leo) Post, St. Anthony; sisters-in-law, Sharon Voskuhl, Cassella, and Mary Voskuhl, of Colorado.
Deceased are four brothers, Charles, Ivo, Luke and Virgil.
He retired after over 25 years of service as a volunteer fireman for Minster-Jackson Township Fire Department and was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Minster Kiwanis, Minster Athletic Booster Club and Lake Loramie Improvement Association. He was formerly employed at Streackers until it closed and worked at Minster Schools until his retirement in 2001. He continued to drive school bus for sporting events and for the church.
Funeral Mass is 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at N.J. Hogenkamp Sons, Minster. Burial is at the church cemtery.
