* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

Fog will reduce visibilities this morning. Conditions will vary from location to location with locally dense fog in spots. Motorists should prepare for rapid changes in visibility and allow extra time to reach your intended destination. The fog is expected to improve by mid morning.

John Bihn
John H. Bihn Sr., 91, 1663 Union City Road, Fort Recovery, died at 8:20 a.m. Nov. 17, 2009, at Persimmon Ridge, Portland, Ind.
He was born April 26, 1918, in Elyria to Sylvan and Flora Weigel Bihn. On July 16, 1946, he married Cleopha Fullenkamp, who survives.
Other survivors are four sons, John Bihn Jr., Gerald (Becky) Bihn, all of Fort Recovery, Tom (Jackie) Bihn, Vandalia, and Ralph (Kathy) Bihn, Fort Loramie; a daughter, Linda (Don) Boeckman, Versailles; a brother, George Bihn, Fort Recovery; a daughter-in-law, Barb (Dale) Link, Portland, Ind., and 36 grandchildren and 71 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Leonard and Edward; a daughter, Susan Bihn; a daughter-in-law, Marlene Bihn; four sisters, Marie Kramer, Frances Fullenkamp, Margaret Knapke and Lucy Borden; and a great-grandchild.
He retired from the former Avco New Idea, Coldwater, and was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
