* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Rev. Raymond Schultheis
The Rev. Raymond Schultheis, 80, died at 10 p.m. Dec. 5, 2009, in the infirmary at St. Charles Center, Carthagena.
He was born May 26, 1929, in Verona, Pa., to William and Helen Leppold Schultheis.
Surviving are two brothers, Richard (Emma) Schultheis, Verona, Pa., and Gerald Schultheis, Monroeville, Pa.
Deceased are three brothers, William, Herbert and Thomas; a sister, Therese (William) Wagner; and two sisters-in-law, Emma and Ruth.
He entered the Missionaries of the Precious Blood in 1944 and was ordained June 2, 1956. He was engaged in parish ministry throughout most of his life as a priest. After ordination he served as assistant pastor at St. Anthony Church, Detroit, and St. Edward Church, Cleveland. He ministered at St. Augustine Church, Minster, from 1960-68. He also served at St. Philomena Church, Beaver Falls, Pa., St. Catherine of Sweden Church, Wildwood, Pa., and Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Cleveland where he served as a chaplain at Deaconess Hospital. He retired to St. Charles in 2001.
A memorial Mass is 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Charles, the Rev. Angelo Anthony officiating.
A funeral Mass also is Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Verona, Pa., with burial at the church cemetery.
Calling is 1-5 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at St. Charles, where a wake service will be held at 7 p.m.
