Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Mercer County District Library maintenance man Ken Mote gets a head start on shoveling this morning in front of the library in Celina. More snow is expected to fall tonight and change to flurries on Friday, said Dennis Howick, local weather forecaster.
