* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Dean Jim Sayer is a person you'd expect to have a twinkle in his eye, and he does, as long as you keep your conversation within his time limit. Sayer, retiring dean of Wright State University-Lake Campus, is leaving after 2 1/2 years. During that time he led the school through a $9 million construction and renovation project.
