* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Cathleen Hone
Cathleen Mae Hone, 54, 911 N. Seventh St., Coldwater, died at 1:37 a.m. Jan. 26, 2010, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born June 18, 1955, in Celina, to Carl and Janice Brookhart Hone. Her mother survives in Mendon.
Surviving are a brother, Mike Hone, Mercer; a sister, Carla (Gary) Stein, Celina; and a sister-in-law, Anita Andrew, Celina.
Deceased is a brother, Todd Hone.
She formerly worked as a dietitian at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, and at Sinese Vending. She also owned Hone Girls Catering and worked at the Knotty Pine Bar, Columbus. She graduated from Ohio State University, Columbus, with a degree in culinary art. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Rockford, and volunteered at the Coldwater Eagles.
Services are 3 p.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Allan Brown officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is after 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
