* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Anna Miller
Former St. Marys resident Anna R. Miller, 87, died Feb. 2, 2010, in Pittsburgh, Pa.
She was born Aug. 20, 1922, in Mercer County, to Alfred and Laura Luedeke Roettger. On June 1, 1946, she married James I. Miller, who is deceased.
Surviving are three sons, Bill Miller and James "Tim" Miller, St. Petersburg, Fla., and Bob (Jenni) Miller, Pittsburgh; a daughter, Barbara Miller, Pittsburgh; a brother, Al (Peggy) Roettger, Oakland Park, Fla.; two sisters, Mary (Pat) Moran, Barefoot Bay, Fla., and Ruth (Bill) Dustman, St. Marys; 10 grandchildren and four great-granddaughters.
Deceased is a brother, Vernon Roettger, and two infant brothers.
She was a homemaker. A 1940 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys, she attended the University of Cincinnati.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Dr. Ed Bray officiating. Burial is at Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
Calling is 9-11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
