St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Fred Taylor
Fred L. Taylor, 96, 1301 Myers Road, Celina, died at 12:50 p.m. Feb. 15, 2010, at The Gardens at Celina.
He was born Dec. 8, 1913, in Mercer County, to James Edward and Eleanore M. Martens Taylor. On Jan. 25, 1944, he married Nina R. Heitman, who died May 13, 1995.
Surviving are two nephews, Jerry (Joan) Sielschott, Decatur, Ind., and Ned (Dianne) Sielschott, Minster; and a niece, Barbara (Richard) Whetstone, Vandalia.
Deceased is a sister, Erma M. Sielschott.
He retired from the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., St. Marys. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church and a former member of the Northmoor Country Club, both of Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Rita Bair officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Thursday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
