* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Virginia Spry
Virginia Ann Spry, 77, of Van Wert, died at 8:03 p.m. March 1, 2010, at Van Wert County Hospital.
She was born Aug. 29, 1932, in Berne, Ind., to Leonard and Clara Nagel Jolly. On Nov. 8, 1991, she married Donald Spry, who died in 2006.
Survivors include two sons, Karl Strukamp, Van Wert, and Kurt Strukamp, Madison, Ind.; three daughters, Victoria Kennedy, Wittenberg, Wis., Becky Strukamp, Sioux City, Iowa, and Tanya Haller, Van Wert; three sisters, Francis Fennig, Celina, Velma (Wendall) Washburn, Fort Meyers, Fla., and Bonnie (Richard) Resch, Richmond, Ind; two sisters-in-law, Mary Jolly, Wapakoneta, and Irene Jolly, Celina; two brothers-in-law, Wesley McGough, Hicksville, and Jack (Norma) Spry, Van Wert; five stepchildren; and 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Allen, Cecil, Leonard and Vincent Jolly; and two sisters, Violet Thompson and Rosie McGough.
She was a homemaker and cared for the elderly. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Van Wert and East Willow Church of God in Scottsville, Ky. She was a graduate of Celina High School. She was president for three years and chaplain for five years of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary in Van Wert. She also was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Moose Lodge in Van Wert and was a life member of the National Home in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Cowan & Sons Funeral Home in Van Wert, the Rev. Dillon Staas officiating. Burial is at the International Order of Oddfellows Cemetery in Convoy.
Calling is 9 a.m.- 1p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
