* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norma Gutmann
Norma Gutmann, 88, 11322 VanBuren St. in Fryburg, died at 2:37 a.m. March 3, 2010, at Auglaize Acres Nursing Home in Wapakoneta.
She was born on April 26, 1921, in Shelby County to John and Elizabeth Thaman Tebbe. On July 26, 1941, she married Gilbert G. Gutmann, who died on May 4, 1991.
Surviving are a son, Joseph (Crystal) DiFranco, Henderson, Nev.; two daughters, Judie Perry, Wapakoneta, and Martha Boughner of LaBelle, Fla.; 10 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, John Gutmann, and nine brothers and sisters.
She graduated from Minster High School in 1938, and worked for the Superior Tube Co. in Wapakoneta. She also volunteered for many years at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marysand was a member of the St. John's Catholic Church in Fryburg.
Funeral Mass is at 2 p.m. Saturday at the church with the Rev. Oscar Seger, officiating.
There are no calling hours.
Memorials can be directed to either St. John's Catholic Church, or Auglaize Acres activity fund.
