* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sylvia Wolters
Sylvia Delores Wolters, 65, of Coldwater, died at 1 p.m. March 14, 2010, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born Sept. 2, 1944, in Sidney, to P. Donald and Doris Richards Bertsch. On Sept. 30, 1967, she married Mark H. Wolters, who died July 18, 1999.
Surviving are two sons, Matthew (Mary) Wolters and Stephen (Joan) Wolters, all of Coldwater; a daughter, Julia (Michael) Pleiman, Coldwater, and a daughter given up for adoption, Loreen (Mike) Richards, Granville; a brother, Dwight (Connie) Bertsch, Sidney; two sisters, Patti Ferree, Sidney, and Donna (Jack) Hohlmayer, Fort Myers, Fla.; and seven grandchildren.
She was a beautician and a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. She also was an EMT with Coldwater Squad 7, a board member of the Coldwater Athletic Boosters and a member of the Coldwater Eagles Auxiliary.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial will be at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
