* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Elizabeth Bellert
Former Fort Recovery resident Elizabeth Ann Schenking Bellert, 78, of Minnesota and Texas, died April 3, 2010, at Good Samaritan Society Center in Waconia, Minn., due to cancer.
She was born Aug. 24, 1931, in Mansfield to Leo and Matilda Wendel Schenking. In 1952, she married Rich Bellert, who survives.
Also surviving are five children, Gary (Marilyn) Bellert, Debbie (Steve) Dietz, Dan (Jane) Bellert, Pam (Steve) Meyer and David (Christina) Bellert; a sister, Mildred Steinke; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She worked as a secretary with her husband in insurance, helped to organize country music shows and helped her husband in reciting cowboy poetry. She also was a member of St. Victoria's Catholic Church in Victoria, Minn., and a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mission, Texas.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church in Minnesota, the Rev. Bob White officiating.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. today at Huber Funeral Home in Excelsior, Minn., and 10 a.m.-11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
