* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

LeRoy Siefring
LeRoy H. Siefring, 78, 631 Chestnut Drive, St. Henry, died April 5, 2010, at his home.
He was born Dec. 17, 1931, in Wendelin to Jacob and Loretta Wuebker Siefring. On Oct. 10, 1959, he married Mary Jane Brockman, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Doug (Mindy) Siefring and Dan (Shirley) Siefring, all of St. Henry; three sisters, Irene (Dick) Schilling, Coldwater, Evelyn Siefring, Coldwater, and Jenny (Jim) Condon, Versailles; a brother, Urban Siefring, Fort Recovery; a brother-in-law, Jim Baltes, Versailles; two sisters-in-law, Florence McCalla, Russia, and Dorothy Brockman, Fort Recovery; and six grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Melissa; two brothers, Ralph and Victor Siefring; and a sister, Dolores Baltes.
He retired from the former New Idea Plant in Coldwater. He was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, the St. Henry Volunteer Fire Department and the Ohio Progressive Sportsman's Club in Fort Recovery.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
