A strong low pressure system will track across West Virginia tonight. On the backside of the low, an arctic airmass will spread into the Ohio Valley. Celina's Ryan Rutschilling follows through on his return shot during the first doubles match against St. Marys on Tuesday afternoon. Rutschilling teamed with Tyler Everman and they won their match, 6-2 and 6-1. Celina won both doubles matches and also got a victory in second singles to beat St. Marys 3-2 in Western Buckeye League action.
