Josh Hines, left, operations manager of the Holiday Inn Express in Wapakoneta, received the Ambassador Award at the Auglaize & Mercer Counties Convention and Visitors Bureau annual banquet held on Thursday. The Celina Lake Festival committee and its many volunteers received the Stahr Award, accepted by co-chairmen Michelle Emerine and Dylan Correll.
