St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Garman
Paul I. Garman, 90, 11279 East Drive, St. Marys, died at 8:03 p.m. May 4, 2010, at St. Marys Living Center.
He was born April 28, 1920, in Jackson, Mich., to Hubert Leroy and Bertha S. Rohlin Garman. He married Norma Haught Kastner, who is deceased.
Surviving are three sons, Gary Lavern (Michelle) Garman, St. Marys, Bruce Garman, Mesquite, Texas, and Gary Lee (Julie) Garman, Lindale, Ga.; two daughters, Paula Garman, Lima, and Arliss (Michael) Meinderding, Mendon; three stepsons, Ronald (Danella) Kastner, Farmersville, and Roger Kastner and James Keith (Brenda) Kastner, all of Moraine; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a caregiver, Rebecca (Earl) Knutzen, Jr., St. Marys.
Deceased are three sisters, Faye Kohler, Ramona Schlatman and Jo Ann Barga.
He was a retired technician from Nelson's Body Shop in St. Marys.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys. Burial is at the German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen.
Calling is 10 a.m.- 1p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
