* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leonard Sattler
Leonard J. "Speck" Sattler, 82, Celina, died at 3:40 a.m. May 7, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born June 9, 1927, in Lansing, Mich., to Jasper and Pearl Moore Sattler. On Nov. 4, 1961, he married Madonna L. Sutter, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Donald "Butch" (Rusti) Sattler, St. Louis, Mo., and Dan (Dawn) Sattler, Maple Rapids, Mich.; two daughters, Norma (David) Baucher, Celina, and Shelly (Ron) Kipp, Carson City, Mich.; a brother-in-law, Gary (Barb) Sutter, Old Ocean, Texas; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are an infant son, Ronald Sattler; a brother, Keith Sattler; and a sister, Rosemary Baker.
He was a self-employed truck driver for 51 years and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a graduate of Middleton High School in Middleton, Mich., and a member of Mount Carmel Church near Celina.
Services are 3 p.m. Sunday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, Pastor Mark Wakeland officiating. Military rites will follow at the same location.
Calling is after 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
