* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Cecelia Gerdeman
Cecelia H. Gerdeman, 86, Delphos, died at 7:49 a.m. May 26, 2010, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
She was born May 21, 1924, in Chickasaw, to Lorenz and Elizabeth Bruggeman Droesch. On April 15, 1961, she married Donald Gerdeman, who survives in Delphos.
Also surviving are two daughters, Pamela (Steve) Jarrett, Grove City, and Kimberly Gerdeman, Godley, Texas; two sisters, Rosanna Mox and Barbara (Don) Heitz, all of Delphos; three sisters-in-law, Luella, Mary and Rosemary Droesch; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Bernard, Anthony and Andrew Droesch; and four step-siblings, Camillus Droesch, Joseph Droesch, Matilda Rutchilling and Monica Shoen.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Delphos.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Jacob Gordon officiating.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday at Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos.
There will be a parish wake at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
