Scattered snow showers occurring across the region will gradually diminish early this morning. While any accumulation will be less than an inch, this will create slick roadways with a quick coating of snow. Not all roads will be affected, but motorists should be aware that driving conditions may change quickly along their route, going from dry to slick. If traveling this morning, use extra caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Francella Fiely
Francella M. Fiely, 91, Coldwater, died June 1, 2010, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born July 3, 1918, in Mercer County, to Frank Henry and Christine Angela Braun Koesters. On May 9, 1948, she married Joseph J. Fiely, who died Dec. 26, 1975.
Surviving is a son, Larry (Donna) Fiely, Celina; a daughter, Linda Fiely, Carroll; two sisters, Virginia (Robert) Knapke, Minster, and Shirley (Norb) Tangeman, Chickasaw; five grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
Deceased is a sister, Kathryn Griesdorn; and two brothers, Harold and Frank Jr. Koesters.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater and St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality of the church.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Barry Steshulte officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
