* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Lake breakwater work

Workers on Monday continue to add concrete fill for a breakwater to protect the walkway along the Grand Lake shoreline in Celina. This is the second breakwater with concrete coming from the Buckeye Street project. Concrete from the forthcoming Main Street reconstruction project also will be dumped on the breakwater.
