Versailles Poultry Days

Don Tyler, an employee of Nelson's Catering in Wakarusa, Ind., methodically loads chicken halves into baskets for a rotating grill on Friday. The company is preparing 25,000 barbecued chicken dinners for hungry visitors to the 59th annual Versailles Poultry Days festival that continues through Sunday night at the Versailles high school grounds.
