* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Elmer Klosterman
Montezuma native Elmer J. Klosterman, 93, Vero Beach, Fla., died June 6, 2010, at a hospice facility in Vero Beach, Fla.
He was born Feb. 19, 1917, in Montezuma, to Frank and Adelaide Borgert Klosterman. On Aug. 30, 1940, he married Irene R. Backs, who survives in Vero Beach.
Also surviving are two daughters, Nancy (Thomas) Norman, Vero Beach, and Donna (Kevin) Eisenman, Stratford, Conn.; a brother, Lester (Leatrice) Klosterman, Greenville; a sister, Eileen Herman, St. Marys; a brother-in-law, George Lucas, Oglesby, Ill.; seven grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Eugene Klosterman, and a sister, Rita Lucas.
He was a member of the St. Bernard Catholic Church in Burkettsville where he was a Eucharistic minister. He graduated from the University of Dayton and also attended Marquette University in Milwakuee, Wisc. He owned and operated Burkettsville Grain for many years.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. July 9 at the church. Burial is at the church cemetery in Burkettsville.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. July 8 at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
Memorials can be directed to the Visiting Nurses Association Hospice in Vero Beach.
