* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Nelson
Mary Nelson, 76, St. Marys, died June 14, 2010, at her home.
She was born Aug. 25, 1933, in Versailles, to Eugene and Margaret Goubeaux Roth. On Feb. 26, 1955, she married Charles Nelson, who survives in St. Marys.
Also surviving are six children, Jeff (Susan) Nelson, Celina, Juli (Dave) Sprague, Thomas (Diane) Nelson, John (Rachael) Nelson and Jay Nelson, all of St. Marys, and Lynette (John) Klopfenstein, Ocala, Fla.; a sister, Jeannie Anderson, St. Marys; a brother, Dick Roth, Wapakoneta; 18 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, Katherine and Isadore Roth; and two brothers, John and Arthur Roth.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in St. Marys and a 1953 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. She and her husband owned Nelson's Body Shop and Towing Service in St. Marys. She worked as a childcare provider at the former St. Marys Daycare Center. She also was a Boy Scout Den Mother for many years.
Funeral rites are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
