Getting refreshed in Rockford

Rockford Community Days got under way Friday evening with softball games, inflatables, good food and welcome lemonade on a very warm evening. Courtney Cawood and Donny Cooper, both of St. Marys, prepared lemons for an evening of fruit daiquiris and lemon shakeups. Cooper estimated about 500 lemons will be used this weekend.
