* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... 150 bicyclists race around Grand Lake

Level terrain and a smooth route were model conditions for bicyclists who traveled from as far as South Carolina to compete in the fifth of the nine-race 2010 Colavita Time Trial Series on Sunday.
The first-of-its-kind event in the Grand Lake area attracted approximately 150 professional and semi-professional riders. [More]

Rockford home destroyed by fire
An early Sunday morning fire destroyed an Eichar Road home near Rockford.
A neighbor called 911 at 1:11 a.m. to report the blaze. Responding firefighters from Rockford, Mendon, Chattanooga and Celina responded to find the home at 9910 Eichar Road fully engulfed.
