Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are occurring this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will be as low as 10 degrees below zero. Temperatures improve across western and southwest Ohio over the next few hours as clouds move in.

William Poor
William Earl Poor, 80, Mendon, died at 6:15 a.m. June 24, 2010, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born March 31, 1930, in Celina, to James L. and Maude Sumner Poor. On July 29, 1950, he married Edna Mae Fishbaugh, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Wayne and Steven Poor, both of Celina; two daughters, Wilma (Jerome) Nieberg, Bradford, and Linda Poor, Celina; a brother, Russell (Margie) Poor, Hogland, Ind.; a sister, Helen Springer, Dayton; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Sharon Poor; and a brother, Frank Poor.
He worked at GTE in Celina, and was a member of the Mendon First Church of God.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Burial is at Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
