* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Connie Williams-Blosser
Connie J. Williams-Blosser, 51, Celina, died at 6:27 p.m. June 25, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born June 29, 1958, in Van Wert to Charles Leroy and Dorothy Jean Lindeman Williams. On May 29, 1998, she married Lewis R. Blosser, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are two daughters, Chasity Bayman, Miamisburg, and Alisha (Darby) Metz, Wapakoneta; three brothers, Charles (Chrissy) Williams, Decatur, Ind., Tony (Staci) Williams, Clovis, N.M., and Danny Williams, Celina; three sisters, Cindy (Tim) Schmidt, Celina, Diane (Brian) Hitchen, St. Marys, and Vickie (Alan) Bruggeman, St. Marys; and seven grandchildren.
She was a 1976 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. She also attended Rhoades State College in Lima and was a graduate of Apollo College in Lima in 1999 with a degree in nursing. She worked for several years at St. Marys Living Center and the St. Henry Gardens Nursing Home. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Marty Brown officiating. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
