Very strong wind gusts and dry soil is leading to areas of blowing dust across the area. This is causing visibility to be reduced to one mile or less in localized area.
Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibility. Slow down and leave plenty of distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.
As winds slowly decrease late this afternoon into the evening, blowing dust should diminish.

Joanne Jenkins
Joanne Carol Jenkins, 67, Celina, died at 7:45 a.m. July 9, 2010, at her residence. Death was from natural causes.
She was born Oct. 14, 1942, in Cleveland to Joseph Edwin Malone and Esther Marie Goliver, who are deceased.
Surviving are two sons, Danny Joe (Laura) Jenkins and Todd Eric (Nancy) Jenkins, all of Celina; a sister, Rose Alea Schiffer, Spencerville; and five grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Bernard Martin Malone.
She was a retired legal secretary for Meikle, Tesno & Luth Law Firm. She graduated from Spencerville High School and Davis Business College, Toledo.
Services are 6 p.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. James Sweigart officiating.
Calling is 4-6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
