* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Pamela Frank
Pamela L. Frank, 57, St. Marys, died July 12, 2010, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
She was born June 19, 1953, in St. Marys to Maj. George W. and Janice Moser Place. Her father survives; her mother is deceased. In 1975, she married Norton M. Frank Jr., who survives.
Also surviving are two children, Katie (Chris) Brinker and Tres (Janelle) Frank; and a sister, Angie (Mike) Metz.
She graduated from Fairborn Baker High School in 1971. She also attended Morrison Academy in Taiwan. She was chosen as a Wright Patterson Air Force Base Debutante when she was a junior in high school. She also attended Wright State University in Dayton where she was a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority. She and her husband owned and operated the InnLet Tavern in St. Marys.
A private service will be held.
