* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

New plantings decorate a portion of the New Bremen Elementary School building thanks to the donations and work of local residents and teachers. A large rock honoring retiring principal Karen Smith provides a focal point. Smith and her husband donated more plantings to carry the new landscaping around the corner of the building.
